I work for PBR HAWAII in Honolulu. We are working with the State of Hawai`i to develop a stormwater impacts assessment guidance document. We would like to use your excellent Maui rainstorm photo in the document as a base for a diagram on nonpoint source pollution. The purpose of the guidance document is solely to educate reviewers of environmental review documents (e.g. environmental impact assessments).
